Empress Mama · A Gift for You

100 Wisdom Nuggets

A collection of reflections, teachings, and personal moments from the first 100 weeks of the Empress Mama newsletter.

A note before you begin: some of what follows are practices, not just reflections, kept here as they were first shared, small excerpts, not full teachings. Much of it you can explore on your own, but many carry a specific protocol I walk you through step by step inside my containers. Take what's here as an invitation, and know there's more waiting whenever you're ready to go deeper.

Others are personal reflections and stories from my own motherhood journey, shared as they came, in the moment. All of it comes from the same place: the belief that motherhood is a portal, an initiation, a return to who you truly are. Thank you for being here, whether you've been with me for a while or you're just arriving. May the next 100 bring you home to yourself, again and again.

Intuition & Inner Knowing

On learning to hear the quiet voice beneath the noise, and trusting it fully.

The voice of intuition is subtle. Intuition comes to you in the present moment. Your fear is loud. Intuition comes when you're open to receiving and trusting it, and it speaks to you in a unique way, a little voice, a feeling in your belly, or a sense of knowing.
Opening up to your intuition involves doing the inner work to release what's blocking you from accessing it, fear, guilt, shame, grief, and more. When you release these emotions, your intuition is free to flow.
Tune in to your micro-sensations of yes and no in your body. Your body knows whether the answer is yes or no. Where do you feel the answer, in your belly, or your heart? Familiarize yourself with that sensation wherever it is.
We never stop healing. We continue to heal the layers and activate our intuition, learning to trust it fully. So when we make a decision, we feel it's the right one even without knowing all the steps and details.
Many people say they can channel, but not all sources are connected to divine love. The way to discern is to listen to your intuition, and to notice how much ego is involved in how someone presents themselves.
The problem is not the thought. The problem is when we attach meaning to it. If we start to believe and identify with the idea, and feed the guilt and shame, it's easy to go deep and touch the bottom.
When it comes to spirituality, it's easy to think in abstract, mental terms. But this way of looking at it is outdated and superficial. True spirituality doesn't live in the mind alone, it moves through the body, the breath, the everyday, and it's grounded and embodied.
There's objective truth, and there's our own, the subjective truth that emerges through our experiences, initiations, and lessons. That truth obliterates the walls we've built around ourselves. It's the fastest way to get to love.
As you continue your spiritual journey and move through your initiations, there will be times when you're asked to trust your intuition even when the path ahead is foggy. That's when a major upgrade awaits you.
We can't change our lived experiences. We're so much more than what happens to us and these physical bodies. The problems stem from how we internalize the experience, in spiritual terms, we carry the energetic imprint of the event.
The ego will always get in the way and paint situations that reinforce our limiting beliefs. Yet when you face a disappointment or rejection, it's not about you. Most people don't want to hurt or disrespect. Teach your children not to take things personally.
Did you know we react to the past, not to the present? We have been through a negative situation before, and when we find ourselves in a similar place, we unconsciously prepare for a similar experience.
The more we live in alignment with intuition, following subtle messages and patterns, the more perception stabilizes. Over time, this repetition becomes lived certainty, and we become more confident in life and motherhood.
If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that we have one skill AI can't replace: our intuition. This is the way to discern and find the truth among the noise, the most important skill we can teach our children.

Energy Work & Practice

On the tools and awareness that move energy, yours, your family's, the field around you.

What does grounding mean energetically? It means truly feeling connected to the Earth's power. The Earth supports us, protects us, and nourishes us. When you feel this in every fiber of your being, you'll experience grounding at the energetic level.
One thing I love doing at the beginning of the new calendar year is choosing a word. I've seen how the choice has defined each of these past years. There's so much energetic power in a single word.
The choice of the Word of the Year is not about making a list of objectives. It's about calling in the year's general theme, fully trusting what will happen. This is why I consider it part of energy work.
When we learn to read our energy, read the energy of others, tap into the field of collective consciousness, and work with energy, we're able to heal ourselves for good and trust the divine plan.
I believe patterns are essential in energy work. My zone of genius as an intuitive and spiritual teacher is pattern recognition, seeing patterns in seemingly unrelated events and identifying their root cause.
Emotions make us human. The biggest lesson our souls choose to learn on this planet is how to manage and express our emotions in healthy ways. This inner work is the foundation of everything else.
Emotions precede thoughts. That fear or shame you felt as a child? You didn't have the words for it, but it stayed with you. This is why, as an energy healer, I work with emotion first.
Gratitude is a pillar of living a spiritual life. It's not just about writing down what you're grateful for, it's about being in the energy of gratitude, letting it settle in your body, and letting it spread into your field.
An essential thing to learn about boundaries: most women carry energy that doesn't belong to them. Pay attention to what you absorb, in everyday life, and in all that social media scrolling.
The nervous system is an essential piece of spiritual work. A dysregulated system cannot be grounded, and energy work cannot land. If you experienced trauma or a chaotic home environment, you have been living in sympathetic mode.
Energetic resonance occurs when your mental and emotional state naturally aligns with a person, idea, or environment, the pull you feel when you meet someone and hit it off right away, before a single word explains why.
Activating energy means having a clear intention before you start. This is the foundation of all energetic practice. The intention needs to be pure, for the highest good, and not attached to the outcome.

Presence, Ritual & Everyday Practice

Small, repeatable ways back to yourself in the middle of an ordinary day.

Create a sacred space in your daily life that brings you back to the present, makes you feel at home, fosters harmony across your different layers, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and helps you feel a sense of connection.
Take a couple of long breaths and place your hands on your heart. For every breath in, breathe in one thing you're grateful for. These thoughts will naturally soften the tension in your body.
The sacred pause is a time to draw inward. But this energetic stillness doesn't mean absence. This is the time to look at our shadows, the ugly parts of us, love them, and integrate them.
The sacral chakra is where everything happens on the motherhood journey, pregnancy, birth, postpartum. But it's also where we store collective feminine trauma, ancestral trauma, and emotions that don't belong to us.
A great exercise to open the energy of the heart space: roll your shoulders back, gently lift your chest toward the sky, and say, "I'm open and ready to receive, beyond what I think is possible for me. All always for the highest good."
The Motherhood Picture is the vision of the mom you want to be. Close your eyes and receive the scene that comes to you, then fill it with detail, and be in it with all your senses.
I invite you to live every day as a lesson, especially the hard ones. Feel your feelings and release the heavy weight through spiritual practice. When you meditate, talk out loud to your spirit guides and ask for help.

Motherhood as Portal & Threshold

Motherhood isn't a role to manage, it's an initiation, and a return.

You can feel the power of motherhood when you break generational cycles, write your own motherhood story, and develop and trust your intuition to make decisions, using energy work to balance your own energy and your children's.
It would be easy to incarnate with all our soul's knowledge, but the purpose of living is remembering our power. Birth is one of those moments where the veil between this reality and the unseen is thin.
For me, spiritual home means reconnecting with your soul, your divinity, the everlasting part of you, no matter the circumstances in the physical world. It's not always easy to get there, but I know the way.
Motherhood has a way of bringing us back to places we thought we had left behind. These are full-circle moments, when we're asked to come back around with more wisdom and find a deeper understanding.
This place, between the no longer and not yet, is uncomfortable, raw, uncelebrated. There are no checklists or milestones here. This is where the real transformation happens, the underworld of growth.
Motherhood is the perfect season to strip life down to the essence of who you really are. Your kids notice when you're living your truth and when you're stretching yourself to fit expectations.
Our soul is always calling us. It's a constant whisper, but most of us have forgotten how to listen. Motherhood cracks us open, the unconditional love, the surrender, the intensity all prompt us to remember who we truly are.
You learn the most when you lean into discomfort, but without spiritual guidance, there's no foundation. What lies outside the comfort zone needs to be balanced with intuitive flow, aligned with the soul path.
Motherhood is like no other rite of passage. It's a portal, an activation, an awakening, a journey into remembrance and expansion. The mom you are now is not meant to stay the same.
If society understood that motherhood has a spiritual side, we would know how to truly support mothers. Too much gets reduced to symptoms. The portal brings up shadows, and without the guidance of someone who has been through them, it can feel terrifying.
Motherhood is not something we move through. It's a threshold that changes how life is sensed, a return to something that was lost in the pace of things. This is the essence of Empress Mama, not becoming more, but remembering what has always been here.
As mothers on the path to remembering, we become more sensitive to what restores balance and brings the system back into coherence, an ongoing relationship with a field of healing intelligence.
The biggest part of the invisible load of motherhood is the imbalance between the movement outward, the masculine in us, and the movement inward, which represents the feminine.

Soul Contracts, Children & Healing

Our children are our mirrors, our teachers, and our reasons to break the cycle.

What does radical responsibility mean in motherhood? It's the full awareness of how you got to where you are, and how your past, present, and future decisions shape your children. It invites you to heal your wounds and break cycles.
If you get triggered in the moment, go back to compassion. Every member of your family has their own story and challenges. Check whether what you're feeling belongs to you, and release what doesn't.
Our children come to help us heal and break cycles. When you look at what your child triggers in you, you'll see a hint of the contract. That trigger is a blessing in disguise, pointing to the patterns your soul came here to heal.
In motherhood, going first means modeling the behavior you want to see, so the next time your child triggers something in you, think about how you're dealing with the discomfort.
You have a soul blueprint defining your biggest life and motherhood challenges. You chose the movie's plot of your life and its significant events, but you also have the free will to make decisions.
Our children are naturally intuitive, this isn't just a spiritual statement, brain waves prove it. The brain waves that dominate children ages 2 to 6 are theta waves, associated with the subconscious and imagination.
We have a chance to raise our kids free from the stories that disempower and create fear, guilt, shame, and grief. When you see these narratives around you, take it as an opportunity to look within yourself.
The root cause has layers: the specific event in this life, the emotional root cause, the ancestral root cause, and the past-life root cause. Every case is different, and not everybody has all of them.
The inner child still lives somewhere in the quantum. The parts of us stuck in trauma or limiting beliefs are frozen in time, continuing to loop. We need to go back to her, to that younger version, and talk to her.
What happens when we don't do inner work in the motherhood journey? We get triggered more. We have less patience. We're reactive. We develop chronic anxiety. We repeat past mistakes, and pass them on to our kids.
We can support our children through our own healing and behavior, but they have their own baggage and lessons to work through. Healing happens in layers, and all of us are called to do our part.
The souls of mother and child come together in this lifetime to support and learn from each other, and sometimes to work out specific karmic issues. This bond is a special invitation to grow together.
When an old story appears, you notice it and shift it, again and again. Over time, something new begins to form. Alongside this, it's important to tend to the unresolved emotions beneath these patterns.
Most people have heard about the importance of a mindset shift. Yet mindset alone is not enough, we rarely go to the root cause to understand how beliefs form, and heal, before they start to shape our reality.

Cosmic Cycles & Soul Astrology

The sky above, the seasons around us, and the timing beneath it all.

We have the seasonal, cyclical energy to deal with: the phases of the moon, the celestial movement above. Be mindful of these cycles as you navigate motherhood, and be extra kind to yourselves.
The role of divine timing is to co-create the best outcome with you. This means divine timing only works if you continue to work on yourself and invest time, space, and energy in self-development.
We all came here to Earth to learn lessons. The Earth is the school souls choose to evolve, because the energy here is dense, it's the only place in the cosmos where you can experience the challenges of duality.
In soul astrology, the emphasis is placed on the Rising, North Node, and MC. The Rising tells you who you're becoming. The North Node tells you the qualities you're developing. The MC tells you your soul mission.
The 4 elements, Earth, Water, Fire, Air, are pillars of life on this planet, present in many spiritual teachings. Each of us has one or more prevalent elements, which fall into two categories: masculine and feminine energies.
A specific month can represent a cosmic portal when there are alignments in the sky, celestial events like eclipses. Portals ask us to step up, face challenges, and make brave decisions.
Time is an illusion. Let this be a reminder that you have the power to shape your present and future in life and motherhood. When you release the grip of the past, you open to possibilities beyond what we think is possible.
The last quarter of the year is a powerful time. It's not about rushing or starting over, it's about planting seeds, aligning with what matters, and taking intentional steps that grow into meaningful results.
There's one aspect of the soul few people talk about, related to the sky above: the soul chooses the time and place of birth. The screenshot of the sky at the moment you were born, soul astrology, carries your energetic codes.
The color gold is an invitation to experience abundance, but this has nothing to do with material abundance (even though that may come too). It's felt radiance in the body, a sense of fullness that doesn't depend on circumstances.
Geometric patterns and proportions allow us to connect with the blueprint of creation. These shapes occur in nature and in the human body, sacred geometry can be applied to life and business, too.
The placement of Pluto, the planet of deep challenges and transformation, is the hardest gate to cross. Your natal chart doesn't determine who you are, the placements are invitations and initiations.

Confidence, Empress Mama & Self-Trust

On sovereignty, presence, and unlearning the voice that says you're not enough.

Mothers wear a crown. We're caregivers, partners, professionals, we do it all. If you don't feel good enough, this is your reminder: you're not just enough. You're a creative force. It doesn't matter if others don't see it. We can crown ourselves.
You have a vision of yourself and your future successes, and of a bright future for your family. Despite the challenges and fatigue, there's a place inside you where this vision is clear. Tune into that.
This is an invitation to go back to lightness in parenting. Let go of the stories you tell yourself. The next time you make a mistake, imagine those days as a kid learning something new. Fall. Laugh. Try again.
There's no fear in darkness, but we grow up scared of it. What if I told you there is power in darkness, a beautiful, creative, transformational power? This is where feminine energy thrives and creates.
There's a new kind of mother rising, and she's not doing it for likes, labels, or lifestyle. The Empress Mama carries a frequency. It's not about what she says or does, it's her presence, the way she walks through life. You feel her when she's in the room.
What happens when you stop playing small? Your words land where they need to, and you become magnetic. Of course, some people lean in closer and others quietly drop off, that's the filter working, not a failure.
The 3 new pillars: Quiet Authority, felt authority that doesn't need approval, but comes through presence. Embodied Wisdom, the wisdom your body remembers from lifetimes as a wise woman. Maternal Sovereignty, you know what's best for you and your children.
In modern society, we never celebrate the mother, not after birth, not for all her hard work postpartum and beyond. I believe moms should be celebrated every day. That's why I called this movement the Empress Mama.
For women and mothers, developing confidence can feel even more challenging. We're surrounded by disempowering messages that create comparison and push us to look for answers outside ourselves.
For me, confidence in motherhood means honoring the unique relationship and soul contract I have with my children, and always checking in with my intuition when making decisions.
The "not enough" voice is the echo of old stories and impossible standards, the ones that taught us a "good mother" puts herself last and never gets it wrong. Your intuition never shames you into doing more. It simply invites you home to yourself.

Community, Legacy & Ripple Effects

None of this was meant to be done alone, and none of it stops with us.

The revolution starts with each of us. When one of us unshackles from our fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs, she creates ripple effects. When a mom takes her power back, we all feel that energetically.
Your legacy is what you want to leave behind. It starts with the cycles you break, the healing you bring to your past and future generations, and continues with the vision you hold for yourself and your family.
You're standing at the threshold of a soul revolution, one that can heal and shift the energy of your ancestors, your children, and generations to come. It's not just a personal journey. It's family. It's a lineage. It's a legacy you're stepping into.
I wanted to create something different: a sacred space for spiritual moms to grow together, where I could show up spontaneously, share my teachings, and co-create magical energy with other powerful moms.
We were never meant to raise children or awaken spiritually alone. Our souls remember the circles where women gathered to share wisdom, hold one another through change, and raise the next generation in love and truth.
A quiet revolution is taking place. More mothers are feeling a sacred pulse inside of them. They may not know how to define it, but they feel that motherhood is more than daily tasks, and want to explore what lies beneath.
Many mothers are looking for spaces where they feel the wisdom of their bodies, trust their intuition to parent their way, hold each other without judgment, reconnect with nature and elements, and follow the cosmic cycles.
You can make an impact in your everyday life. Often we think we don't matter, but we do. A simple smile, a conversation, a gesture can make a difference in someone's life, a ripple effect, especially for a mom.

Personal Reflections & Stories

A few moments from my own life and motherhood, shared along the way.

After birth, before putting my son to bed, I repeated this sentence: "You're safe and protected." As he grew up, I continued this ritual. All children need help with grounding and the root chakra, because they're new on Earth.
When I gave birth to my daughter at home, after a traumatic C-section, I risked being transferred to the hospital, but a force outside me took over because I had no more strength to push. It was a divine intervention. Eva came out.
My son's early trauma in school was written in his natal chart. It means his soul signed up for these specific challenges because they serve its evolution. It was hard for our family, but we found a better path for him.
I taught my son that he'll always find his people. I repeat that to him a lot when he tells me he feels insecure. You'll meet people who aren't nice along your path, but you'll always find your people, you may just not see them right away.
There's a myth that spiritual teachers can always get it together, but that's not true. I love teaching high spiritual concepts here, but authenticity, vulnerability, and holding space also matter.
I don't give parenting tips. My work is focused on the mom's well-being, which affects how you parent. I teach chakra development, so you can see clearly how these stages play out in your children.
The favorite nuggets of 2025 have shown a clear pattern: you loved learning about the theme of the soul, and how it connects to motherhood and the contract with children through the lens of soul astrology.
For me, teaching energy work is a way to empower moms and children. We have all we need inside of us to bring the body back to balance, heal layers of trauma, and become the best version of ourselves.
Nugget #100

This one isn't mine to write. It's the moment we arrive here together, 100 weeks in, and you are the reason it exists.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to have you inside The Empress Mama Circle, a living space where we go deeper, together.
