Here’s my unique method.

1st step - To the roots (Earth)

Earth is the process of getting to the roots. We’ll explore your family dynamics and belief system. You’ll become aware of your repeating patterns and how your past has shaped your present life and challenges (1 session dedicated to Earth).
2nd step - Into the flow (Water)

Water is the meeting with the unseen. You’ll receive an in-depth reading of your energy centers (chakras), becoming aware of how your challenges impact your health, and uncover your soul lessons and purpose (with one session dedicated to Water).
3rd step - Transformation (Fire)

Fire is transformation. This part includes learning to feel safe in the body, deep chakra work, emotional and somatic release through my technique of breath and color, and inner child healing (2 sessions dedicated to Fire).
4th step - Getting lighter (Air)

Air is getting lighter by letting go of the limiting beliefs and stories that keep you heavy. Then, you’ll create a vision of the mom you want to be, take steps to embody her, and step into this future vision (two sessions dedicated to Air).
5h step - Divine Connection (Ether)

Ether is a divine connection. In this part, we’ll explore how you connect with your intuition and how to develop it further. We’ll also look into the soul contract with your child or spirit baby (2 sessions dedicated to Ether).
