A Heartfelt Letter To You, Mom To Be

Hi there,

This is a heartfelt letter to you, mom to be. Whether you’re pregnant or thinking about becoming a mom, you need to hear these words.

First of all, I want to tell you that all the feelings you have right now are normal, and they all deserve to be felt. I know you’re excited but also scared. Trust me. You’ll be okay.

I was you a couple of years ago. I wanted to be a mom, but I couldn’t picture myself with a child. I dreaded this huge responsibility. In my previous life, I was a free-spirit who traveled the world.

Motherhood turned my world upside down.

But I made it through. And now I can say that motherhood has been the most incredible journey I have ever done. I had postpartum depression and anxiety. I healed. I transformed. And I found my purpose—to help you, mom-to-be.

As you embark on motherhood, I want you to keep in mind these 3 things:

  1. You’re not alone.

There are many women embarking on motherhood who are feeling scared and anxious. Unfortunately, most don’t talk about it because they don’t want to admit their fears to themselves and are scared of judgment. Every time you feel overwhelmed, know that there are many women like you out there.

  2. You’re powerful.

Your emotions come and go. You’re stronger than them. And you’re so powerful. You can create life inside of you, and you can heal yourself. When you tap into this incredible gift, you’ll be able to use it in all areas of life. You will create the life of your dreams. Motherhood amplifies this incredible power.

  3. You’re spiritual.

Motherhood can enhance your spiritual side in ways you don’t even imagine. It’s a quantum leap. Spirituality is a pillar of my practice. It allowed me to heal, grow, and transform. Motherhood is spiritual in nature, and as you move away from your fears and anxieties and open up to transformation, you’ll see this clearly (I can help you with this).

In this new blog, I’ll talk about four topics:

  • Anxiety around motherhood

  • Spirituality: chakras, intuition, elements (and more)

  • The power you have to heal yourself

  • The spiritual side of motherhood

Mom-to-be, I’m here for you. I hope you’ll follow me on this journey.

I feel you.

I love you.

I hold you.

And I’d be honored to guide you.
