Elemental Healing (in honor of the Disney Pixar movie)

You probably have never heard of elemental healing, but after the release of the Disney Pixar movie, Elemental, you may get curious.

The elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air + Ether) are the building blocks of life, and there’s spiritual power in them. How do I know that? I’m an elemental healer.

I have always been interested in finding commonalities in different practices and philosophies. And I found the elements in most ancient teachings: Astrology to Chakras, Ayurveda, Native American teachings, Chinese medicine, and more.

So instead of specializing in one practice, I saw the elements as a way to bring a fractured system to wholeness. I started to use them to read people and felt my calling as a healer. I didn’t know how to call what I was doing (since this “title” is not well known) until a psychic told me: “You’re an elemental healer.”

So my unique method inspired by the five elements was born.

The meaning of the elements

There is no specific order, but I like going from the heaviest element to the lightest, like in an alchemical process:

Earth - Physical body, safety, foundations, grounding, and connection with Mother Earth, getting to the root causes of the issues

Water - Emotions, dreams, subconscious, intuition, being able to adapt and going with the flow of life

Fire - Passion, drive, action, transformation, the process of death and rebirth (Phoenix rising from the ashes).

Air - The mind, communication, letting go of what no longer serves you, elevating yourself, and getting closer to the Higher Self.

Ether - A sense of wholeness and oneness, the macrocosmos in the microcosmos (as above, so below), Source, eternity, love, and light

How I use the elements in my practice

I use the elements as a reading tool to get into the “field” of clients in my 1:1 programs for moms-to-be and moms. I can sense what element/s are prevalent in the person and what element/s the person needs to cultivate to find more balance because the main objective is to see the elements as a way to bring more balance into your life.

In addition to this reading part, the structure of my programs is based on the five elements, meaning that each healing stage uses the power of one element, going in order from the heaviest to the lightest. I introduce my client to the element through a powerful healing meditation. This meditation allows me to channel the power of that element and pass it on to my client.

The power of the elements

The elements are not just the building blocks of our Universe and life as we know it. The elements live and pulsate within us. We can invoke the power of the elements anytime we need it. For example, you can invoke “Water” when you need cleansing or “Fire” if you feel you want to deeply transform. It’s all about the intention, and ALWAYS remember to put an intention that is for the highest good of all. The element you call in will support your intention and accelerate its manifestation into physical reality.

If you’re a mom-to-be or mom and you’re struggling in your motherhood journey, I’ll be happy to show you how powerful elemental healing can be.
